Booking & Cancellation Policies

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival receive a full refund; cancellations within 14 days receive a 50% refund, and cancellations on the day of arrival are non-refundable.

House Rules

No parties, events, or unregistered guests.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only — never inside.
Quiet hours: 10 pm–7 am.

Please respect neighbors and staff.

Pool safety: no glass near the pool, children must be supervised.

Please switch off the AC, lights, and appliances when not in use.

Daily cleaning is provided, but please keep dishes reasonably tidy.

Late Check-in and Check-Out are available upon request

Pets are only allowed with prior approval.

Any damage or excessive cleaning may result in extra charges.
