  • You can book directly on our website or through OTA platforms like Airbnb. Booking directly on our website guarantees the best rates across all platforms.

  • For direct bookings, we offer a 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. For OTA bookings, please check the respective platform.

  • Breakfast is not included. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, and there are plenty of nearby cafes, restaurants, and local warungs that also offer delivery.

  • We offer self check-in from 3pm onwards, and check-out is at 11am. Early check-in and check-out are available upon request. You are welcome to drop off your luggage before check-in time.

  • Early check-in depends on when the villa is ready after the previous guests, so just ask and we'll check for you.

    Late arrivals are no problem. Check-in is self-service with a lockbox and works 24 hours a day. Your access code is provided in your pre-arrival message.

  • With self check-in, you don't need to meet anyone to enter the villa, but our team and security are on site at Mirai Villas at all times.

  • Yes, daily cleaning is included, between 8:30am and 4pm. Towels are refreshed every 3 to 4 days and bed linen every 4 to 5 days. Extra changes are available for a small fee.

  • Each villa has solar and battery backup that switches on automatically, so local power cuts shouldn't interrupt your stay.

  • The bedrooms and living room are fully enclosed. The kitchen and dining area are open to the outdoors by design. So you may see some insects, especially in the evening. It's part of tropical island life.

  • Yes. Staff and security are on site at all times, and there are CCTV cameras outside. There are no cameras inside the villas.

  • Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool. We don't have extra beds. Baby cots can be rented through a local company at your own cost, and our staff can help arrange this.

  • Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

  • Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Friends are welcome to visit during the day or evening, but only registered guests may stay overnight. With respect to our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • The airport is about 20 minutes by car. We can arrange pickup and drop-off upon request.

  • Grab and Gojek don't operate in Kuta, so a driver or scooter is the best way to get around. We can help you rent a scooter upon request. Bring an international driving licence if you have one.

  • Yes. We work with a local surf school that offers multi-day packages with coaching, equipment, transport to the surf spot and photos. Just ask and we’ll help you book it.

  • From Mirai Villas, Kuta is 5 minutes by scooter, or 15 to 20 minutes on foot. Kuta beach is 5 minutes away, and Seger, Gerupuk, Are Guling and Tanjung Aan are all 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Mirai Villas features around 100 Mbps across the entire villa, with a second internet provider that takes over if the first one experiences a blackout. Plenty of speed for streaming, video calls, or remote work.

  • Yes. The tap and shower water in every villa is filtered before it reaches you. However, it isn't for drinking, so please use the filtered water dispenser in the kitchen drinking water.

  • There is no in-house washing machine at Mirai Villas, but we do offer a pick up and drop off laundry service via a third-party.

  • Yes, kids are welcome at Mirai Villas. We can set up cots, cribs, kids' beds, and a high chair on request.

    Children under the age of 3 don't count towards the guest limit. However, from age of 3 they will be counted as a guest, and going over the maximum occupancy is not permitted.

    Mirai Villas’ pools aren't fenced, so we recommend booking a pool fence when you make your reservation if you’d like our team to set one up for your stay.
