Breakfast isn't included. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, and there are plenty of cafe restaurants sand local warungs nearby that also offer delivery. Our staff can help you with that.

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Early Check-in and Check-out is available upon request. You are welcome to drop off your luggage before check-in time.

It depends on when the villa is ready after the previous guests, so just ask and we'll check for you. You're welcome to drop your bags from 12pm.

No problem. Check-in is self-service with a lockbox and works 24 hours a day. Your access code comes in your pre-arrival message.

You don't need to meet anyone to check in, but our team and security are on site at Mirai Villas at all times.

Yes, daily cleaning is included, between 8:30am and 4pm. Towels are refreshed every 3 to 4 days and bed linen every 4 to 5 days. Extra changes are available for a small fee.

Each villa has solar and battery backup that switches on automatically, so local power cuts shouldn't interrupt your stay.

The bedrooms and living room are fully enclosed. The kitchen and dining area are open to the outdoors by design, so you may see some insects, especially in the evening. It's part of tropical island life.

Yes. Staff and security are on site at all times, and there are CCTV cameras outside. There are no cameras inside the villas.

Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool. We don't have extra beds. Baby cots can be rented through a local company at your own cost, our staff can help you with this.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

Parties and loud gatherings aren't allowed. Friends are welcome to visit during the day or evening, but only registered guests may stay overnight. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.

Pets aren't allowed.

The airport is about 20 minutes by car. We can arrange pickup and drop-off upon request.

Grab and Gojek don't operate in Kuta, so a driver or scooter is the way to get around. We can help you rent a scooter upon request. Bring an international driving licence if you have one.

Yes. We work with a local surf school that offers multi-day packages with coaching, equipment, transport to the surf spot and photos. Just ask and we’ll help you book it.
