Private pool designed to maximize your hours of sunshine, with sunbeds, a large daybed, semi-outdoor dining and fully enclosed grounds. The garden spans across the whole property, so there's something green in view from the pool, the desk, the bedroom, bathroom and the dining table.

Self check-in and check-out, parking for a car and scooters. We're a message away if you need anything. On your last day there's no checklist: just lock the door behind you, and we'll take care of the rest.

Kids are welcome at Mirai Villas. Let us know before you arrive and we can help organize cots, cribs, kids' beds and a high chair. Plus, our blackout blinds make daytime naps easier.
Children under 3 don't count towards the villa's guest limit. Children age 3 and up count as a guest, and going over the villa’s maximum capacity is not permitted.
A few things worth knowing before you book: The pools aren't fenced. We recommend booking a pool fence when you reserve, so it's in place before you arrive.
Every villa has stairs and sunken areas, like the sunken desk, so little ones will need an eye on them.
Kitchens and dining areas are open-air, so bring an insect repellent you're happy to use on children. For bottles and formula, use the filtered water dispenser in the kitchen, not the tap. -
Our team is on site during the day, with security overnight, and housekeeping comes in daily.

The Mirai Villas sit together in a quiet corner on the edge of Kuta, close enough to walk into town and quiet enough to hear the birds from the pool.

Times are by scooter unless noted. A scooter is the easiest way to get around, and we can arrange one for your stay. If you rather have a car or private driver, please ask us in advance.

Kitchens, dining areas and outdoor showers are open-air, so you'll share them with the greenery, the insects that come with it and the odd gecko. However, we do regularly treat our villas with pest control to keep this at a minimum.
Bedrooms and living rooms are enclosed and air-conditioned.
Arrive whenever you're ready Check-in is self-service with a lockbox.
Breakfast isn't included. If you'd like it cooked for you, book our in-villa chef. You can also order from most restaurants in town via apps like Enak, Grab & Asap.
Your space is yours Housekeeping comes in once a day to clean. Otherwise, nobody enters the villa unless you ask or there's an emergency.
Kitchens have a gas hob and a full-size fridge, but no oven or microwave.
There's no washing machine in the villas. Our laundry service collects and returns.
Every villa has steps, up to the rooftop or upper floor and down into sunken areas, so none are step-free.
